Mrs. Rasika Pruthi

Mrs. Rasika Pruthi, has ample business experience by way of her involvement in Lactitol India Private Limited. She is also involved in many social and kind activities. She is handling overall management, strategy, and direction of the business, acting as the board of directors. She is much capable to make crucial decisions that impact the company's performance and direction. Also oversee the company's operations, ensuring that objectives are being met and that the company is operating legally, ethically and typically involved in the day-to-day management of the company.

A 22 years of rich business experiences, heading with a demonstrated history of working in the Dairy Food, Beverages & Ingredients industry. Skilled in Marketing Management, negotiation, Business Planning, Operations Management and Sales.

G C Sharma

Ph.D in organic chemistry having 27 years multifarious experience in Pharmaceutical industry. He is involved in company's strategy internally and externally through decision making that creates medium and long term establishment. Reviewing, facilitating and driving key strategic initiative through inception phase, particularly new product molecules identification, launches in domestic and export market.

Mr. Sukhdev Singh

He has thorough experience in Quality Systems & Management, Quality analytics & Quality improvements, Process Excellence, Quality Control & Laboratory systems, Data integrity & 21 CFR part 11, USFDA Quality standards & systems, EU GMP, Brazil Anvisa, Analytical Method Development & Validation, Qualification & Validation, Vendor qualification, Quality Audits, Regulatory Audits & Compliance, Regulatory agencies & Guidelines, Project Management. He was an active expert committee member of USP expert committee South Asia. Currently responsible for all the quality activities in the company.

Pradeep Kumar Rana is MSc in Industrial Chemistry specialization in pharmaceutical and has over 24 years of research, technology transfer and production experience.

He is an expert in pilot plant operations, technology transfer at commercial levels, and development of patentable, cost-effective synthetic processes of APIs and impurities. He is the inventor of two process patents.

GENERAL MANAGER MARKETING, Post Graduate in International Marketing.

Total Experience more than 30 years including general administration, marketing and purchase of Raw Material including in the field of Neutraceuticals dairy. Currently since 2011 in the field of Lactulose and Lactose in domestic and international market.
